Accelerator-based Analytics meets Advanced Functional Materials – Joint Industry Workshop Hi-Acts & Solar TAP
The Joint Industry Workshop by Hi-Acts & Solar TAP is taking place on 22 May 2025, 9am – 2pm , at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (BESSY II Lecture Hall). Modern breakthroughs in technology often rely on high-performance materials — and particle accelerators are key to unlocking their full potential. Whether it’s analyzing surfaces at the atomic level, understanding degradation processes, or tailoring nanostructures for next-gen applications, accelerator-based techniques open up entirely new perspectives for industry and research alike.
Join us for this interactive workshop co-hosted by the Helmholtz Innovation Platforms Hi-Acts and SolarTAP. Designed for industry professionals, innovation managers, R&D experts, and materials scientists, this event offers a unique opportunity to:
- Explore state-of-the-art analytical capabilities that help develop and optimize functional materials
- Discover real-world success stories across sectors such as photovoltaics, energy storage, electronics, and beyond
- Engage directly with leading scientists and application experts
- Participate in hands-on breakout sessions tailored to your interests
- Tour the BESSY II synchrotron facility for a behind-the-scenes look at one of the world’s most advanced light sources
We warmly invite you to register and be part of this exciting day. Please register here.
This workshop follows on the Solar TAP Industry Day (21 May 2025). We encourage all participants to join both events — and don’t miss the Networking Dinner on the evening of 21 May to connect in an informal setting.
